I started in product management, working on CRM platforms and service operations in fintech and healthcare. That background makes me a “structure-first” designer: I map real workflows, identify failure points, and design guardrails that make the system reliable.
I build visual systems too (design tokens, components, templates) so UI stays consistent as the product scales and teams move fast.
